Triceps push ups x 10
Lawn Mower x 10 per side
Full Man makers x 10 total (with dumbbells)
Triceps push ups w/ 1 leg raised (5 reps per leg | tempo of 2 secs)
interims x 5
Set 2
Triceps Power Push ups x 10
Bent over dumbbell row w/ dead lift incorporated x 5
Spider Push ups x 10
Hip bridges x 10
1 min Jog
Set 3.....(Repeat of set 1 with 20% more)
Triceps push ups x 12
Lawn Mower x 12 per side
Full Man makers x 12 total (with dumbbells)
Triceps push ups w/ 1 leg raised (6 reps per leg | tempo of 2 secs)
interims x 7
